Cancellation Policy

All of my services are by appointment only. Most of my services require preparation times to properly prepare for your treatment. Due to the timing, cost of preparations, and to hold your space in preparation for your visit, I kindly ask for the following considerations when booking and cancelling an appointment:

I kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice for all appointment cancellations.

Due to COVID-19, for your convenience, appointments can be cancelled up to 5 hours before your appointment time. You must call or text 1(509) 581-2002. Please leave a voicemail if nobody answers. And please call if you do not get a response to your text message. This is to ensure that the salon has received your message.

No shows and/or appointments cancelled/rescheduled with less than 5 hours notice will be charged a cancellation upon re-booking. The cancellation fees are as follows:

  • Brow Consultations Service: $20 Flat Fee will be charged to re-book.

  • Pre-Paid Package Services or Membership Services: $25 Flat Fee will be charged to re-book.

  • Any service up to $49: $10 Flat Fee will be charged to re-book.

  • Any service $50-$99: $15 Flat Fee will be charged to re-book.

  • Any service $100 or more: The 25% deposit will be forfeited.

Please note: if you are booked for multiple services on the same day, this charge will apply to each service.

Late Arrival: I understand that things arise and it can be difficult to arrive on time. Please be sure to call to make up aware, as a courtesy to your artist. I will try our best to accommodate you, however out of the respect of other clients’ time, I cannot guarantee full service time if you are late. I will do what I can in the time allowed. If I haven’t heard from you at 20 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled and it will be considered a no show.
